As a Light roast, Indonesia shines through in this cup. Funky and complex, it needs a day or two after roasting to mellow, then it's a wonderful to enjoy any time of day.

Flavors: Earthy, Bright Berries, Lemony Acidity

As a medium-dark roast, Indonesia still shines through in this cup, but with a little less brightness and a little more complexity.
